Refund Policy for Services:
At Medix Marketing LLC, we strive to provide exceptional digital marketing and consulting services. Due to the nature of our business (Digital Services & Intellectual Property), refunds are governed by the following terms:
- Consultations & Audits: Services that have already been performed or reports that have been delivered are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel a consultation call up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
- Service Packages: Once work has commenced on a service package, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us at medixkw@gmail.com to discuss a resolution or revision.
